The masterclass will focus on the repertoire for strings with or without continuo from the early seventeenth century to the age of Haydn e Mozart. (baroque and/or classical instruments, gut strings). The location is in Montecastelli Pisano, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, at “Il Poggio Science & Music”, a building dating from the early thirteenth century, where people from the worlds of science and music meet and work.
